My best ways are:
1. Give them assistance as much as possible.
2. Give recognition of their efforts in the recognition section of the forum and on my Leadership page.
3. I send a congratulatory message on my stream post and a customized e card.
4. I give mostly $10-$20 GC as i see appropriate.
5. I also give Tcredits as i deem fit.
6. I reassign PSAs to them.
7. Add them on my tea.m's co op or give them shares on my S builder co op.
8. Give them more tips on how to be more successful in the business.
9. Identify their area of weaknesses and give them my support on how to overcome it.
Lastly, i share with them also my success story to motivate them to never stop succeeding and to duplicate me for more success.
