When a new PSA is assigned, the sponsor must learn to develop mutual trust and respect.

Provide support, encouragement, and guidance to your team.
Help them to accumulate 1,500 VersaPoints to become EA and above.
There are many ways in which people get motivated but in the case of SFI, I would say if you want to encourage motivation in your team then:
If you also take part in the forum debates, your team members will be motivated by your presence.
Here are the steps that I communicate to them after welcoming them to the team:
1) It's important to do these steps first, if you have not started doing them already.
a) The "Start"
b) The "Basics"
c) Start your To-Do List.
Encourage them to play free EZ games.
Seek financial help from my up line team.
Encourage them to do daily, weekly and monthly activities
