I send Group Mailings weekly to my complete team, so no one is left out IF they read the mailing. I explain my contest or co-op at the end of every mailing I send.
It's not only important to communicate with all your team, but it may change an old affiliate's mind and come back to work at SFI. This could be because their situation has changed. They miss SFI or they want to be included in the contest or Co-op. I have had a few that had started, left, and then came back. So, it is always a chance they will.
Many will not answer you. Others will not come back to SFI, communicate, or work. Don't get discouraged.
Those that are working and communicating, will show up on your Mover's list and active on your genealogy. These are the ones you will want to help with a reward of appreciation you are planning on giving them.

Have A Contest!!
My contest gives any PSA or CSA, on my first and second level, who become an EA and higher a gift certificate. In my opinion, giving a gift certificate for winners is the best incentive.

To promote for new PSAs by advertising on websites using free or paid advertising. On TripleClicks, you can buy advertising, PSAs, or S-Builder. You can also bid on PSAs auctions.
Personally, I have done all these.
