The most important thing you can do outside of the Daily To Do List which will contribue more than anything to your long term growth is to PROMOTE with a view to growing your team.
Use every advertising medium you can come across, you don't always have to spend much if any money to get some really great results from advertising, you will typically find that it is offline advertising which would be the most expensive option and would also be one of the hardest things to get right.
You will find a large number of tools to help you promote in the "Marketing Aids" section of the members area which also features over 100 suggestions for ways in which you can Market SFI and Triple Clicks.
Promoting online is a massive world and there are literally thousands of websites where you can promote completely free and still get some great results.
I would recommend creating a unique domain name of your own and creating a personal custom gateway (or even multiple ones) to attract new prospects to your team, best course of action would be to register with a couple of banner exchanges so you will earn banner advert exposure whenever someone visits your gateway pages, register with as many advertising sites as you possibly can, there are literally THOUSANDS of opportunities out there.
Use Viral Mailers (Safelist Mailers) to send out emails to potentially millions of prospects on a daily basis, register with Traffic Exchanges, Text Ad Exchanges, Classified Ad Sites, use Social Media posts, basically if there is a way in which you can promote without spamming it's going to be worthwhile.
Always remember when you look to signup at any sites, from my own experience on the most part marketing sites which boast of having large member numbers typically have the worst results, there is still potential for you to draw in new team members through them, though on the most part they don't clean up their member databases so have a very large proportion of inactive members, sometimes the best results can come from what may appear on the face of things to be the smallest of sites.
You have to always be patient and persistent as success will not come over night, it will generally take you many months of constant hard work promoting before you will see any significant sign of growth which as time progresses will reciprocate as you build an active team.
