The activity of your teammates is what will take you to the top levels in SFI and TripleClicks. The more active members you have, the greater your success level will be.
With that said, it is important to show proper appreciation for the work that is being performed by your active affiliates, because without the efforts of your teammates you would not be as successful.
What is a good way to show your appreciation? That is a good question, I am so glad you asked. I would have to say that the best way of showing your appreciation would be to simply acknowledge their achievements and give praise to the work they are doing.
Why would I say to acknowledge them? That is another great question – Thank you.
In this day and age of the Internet and sped up life styles of today’s environment we have lost the personal touch that we as humans crave. There is a hidden spirit within us that is crying out to be acknowledged by our fellow humans – we want to be touched – we want to hear out name being called out by someone close to us – we love to see our name mentioned in written material or printed on pieces of paper that are certificates of achievements.
I know a lot of people will say to give your teammates something they can build their business on like TCredits, Gift Certificates, PSAs and reassignments and spots in our co-ops. All this is good and I do them myself and would suggest you pick out one of these items to give to your hard working teammates
But the greatest motivator you can give is to put their name in print for all to see. The greatest inspiration that can be handed out is a personal written email or card telling them of the great work they are doing and that you appreciate their efforts and daily activities.
Yes give them a gift and you will create a friend – Lift up their name and you will create a follower.
