We all know that we feel happy if some appreciates our hard work. So, I usually show my appreciation to my active affiliates by recognizing their great effort through:
1. My Leadership Page and Stream page so the other members will
be able to see and would also motivate and encourage them to be
active affiliates too.
2. Sends them congratulation ecards.
3. Award them Gift Certificate
4. Chat with them when I see them available.
