"So proud to have you in The Team."
"It is people like you that encourage others not to give up."
"I can see you have determination"...
Yes giving T Credits and Gift Certificates also helps
But in my experience building up the affiliate's moral and showing you
genuinely care, will make them feel appreciated.
Congratulating them and showing their names in your Stream when they win prizes,
or attain a higher level.
Recognition in your leadership blogs.
Remind them you are only an email or a chat away, should they need your help.
Think of what makes you feel appreciated and then make sure you do this to your
affiliates...
Very often we might be too busy running our Business and forget that they are the
ones helping us build our Business,
If you treat your affiliates with respect and genuine appreciation you will often get the
same from them in return, it works both ways.
Which is why we should also make an effort to show appreciation to our Sponsors,
A good word to a sponsor can turn them from an inactive sponsor to an active one
because they need appreciation too.
