It is always nice to be rewarded for our efforts, so showing your appreciation to your downlines who are active and committed to their SFI business, is a very important part of becoming an Awesome Sponsor. There are many ways in which you can reward them.
First of all, let them know via email or by E-Card that they are doing very well, congratulate them on achievements or milestones, like when they attain certain ranks, everyone loves to receive thanks for their efforts.
Secondly, offer them shares in one of your co-ops, this is an extremely effective method of not only thanking them for their hard work, but it also encourages them to do better, and the harder they try, the more benefits you will both reap further down the track.
Thirdly, seek out some free e-books about marketing etc., they are readily available on-line, and give to them as a gift for their efforts. Even though they are free for you (they don't need to know this of course), it shows the affiliate that you care about them, and once again their efforts will increase.
Lastly, if you can afford, offer competitions to your down-lines, we all love a challenge and if you offer some kind of reward for increased effort, then this will also increase your down-lines output.
All of these methods will pay dividends to you somewhere along the way, I actually employ all of these methods, and they work well for me.
