This is one of the tasks being face by almost everyone now a day. Many affiliates join without having proper understanding of how SFI works.
The way out I think is to keep sending motivating and encouraging team mail to them and if you have other means of contacting them do so occasionally remember they are the one that took the active step to block so don't rush them.
One last thing, one of the rule of success is never to be trouble about those who willingly resign and say they cannot cope.
