Encourage Affiliate to do as many activities as possible when the internet connection is strong.

Your Affiliate can use a family or friend data, or internet café, whenever possible.

In the meantime, your Affiliate who has limited internet access and has a team, you need to use your internet connection to convey data on behalf of your PSA.
