Nice question and I would like to share my experiences and hope it works.
How i would help my PSAs on SFI without making them feel overwhelmed is by:-
1. Welcoming them to the team via team mail and telling them the importance of joining SFI.
2. Encourage them to go through SFI basis and Launchpad lessons.
3. Tell them to go through the launchpad lessons thoroughly and not just to earn the versa points attached to it.
4. Encourage them to go to the compensation plan so they know what they stand to benefit.
5. Encourage them to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks informing them that little drops make mighty ocean. That it inches them a step away from becoming an EA.
6. Let them know they need to advertise, word of mouth informing people on SFI. Inorder words, let them know the importance of building a downline.
7. Let them know the importance of tripleclicks being the online shop, where they can list unwanted item on their t connect page for as low as 1 t credit per listing.
8. Encourage them to have a standing order inorder to be an EA/ team leader. With that, it would enable them partake of the tripleclicks executive pool.
In summary, we have to guide them from the onset and be good leaders. If they have the drive, determination and are willing to learn, they would become good embassors and duplicate their Sponsors.
