I would suggest them to start with their daily tasks to get to know the site. Then i also send them to their to do list in explain that they can learn all about sfi and it's workings by step by step completing these and reading the articles, and finally i'll tell them to take a look at the fast track program to let them know how they can benefit the most by taking action right away.
Then when they have gone trough their to do list i'll send them to the launchpad lessons, and also offer my help trough facebook and such in case of any questions, i always reasure them by telling them to follow the lessons and tasks one by one and focus on that 1st. When they are ready for the next step i guide them along the way into the marketing process.
So basicly, don't rush over things, give them time, to learn and comprehend sfi.
