I think according to my own experience that at the beginning of the new PSA enough information to write 2x a week and encourage them to know that they work well. And they were not overwhelmed by information.They must have sufficient time mainly on their lessons and reading for understanding the SFI business. Always put option and highlight in each report that they can ask any questions and when they need it. Explain to them where the compiler design and undone them somewhere where they have everything from you described, so that they can see themselves and report according to their current needs. Explain the importance of perseverance and motivate them.
I think the later is enough to send encouraging letters and reports only once a week. Agreement is possible on Skype or Facebook or email. They have the option to choose yourself.
