My humble advice:
First check your emails are not spam reaching their members, they must add you as a contact for ordinary.
If this is not the reason and are confident that you have blocked, and they have sent E-card team or mail to alert them unanswered.
Then, still working with those who remain in contact with you and find new members to grow your team.
