The team leader who receives a new member of his/her team, should welcome the latter and orient him/her of the rules, policies and procedures that the new member is expected to do or follow, giving emphasis of the Basics and the Rules of Success. The member of course needs to say something and/or communicate his/her commitment to his/her team leader;
2.
