Secondly is to identify what caused the blockage to avoid the same mistake next time. What is it what you said? Where you going out of boundary? Irrelevant or overloading information? You need to identify it.
Thirdly, since your team mail has been blocked, you can reach out to them via their personal email address at their affiliate snapshot or through their phones or SFI Chat room when online or on the social networks.
Fourthly is to ask what pushed off, apologise and ask for a second chance. Everybody deserves a second chance.
The true test of a leader is to say sorry to his/her team when he is in the wrong.
