Encourage them when they need encouragement. Contact them on a regular basis with relevant information regarding SFI/TripleClicks.
Keep things simple. Don't overcomplicate anything about SFI.
Ultimately however a strong active team takes time to build. You need people who are really interested in having an online business and are willing to actually be active.
One thing I am trying is monthly contests. I keep these contests simple. It does seem to be keeping some more active than in the past. But only time will tell.
