If they can connect for even a half hour they can get most tasks on the To-Do list done daily.
Perhaps suggest to them that they may want to set up a standing order so that whatever situation their connection to the Internet is in they will be Executive Affiliate each month.
Either way simply be there to answer their questions as they have them and offer them whatever support you are able too.
