The question is interesting and a bit intriguing also:
When an Affiliate joins the SFI, he comes with a lot of his thoughts, some super imposed thoughts and certain beliefs. Thus, he is not just like that getting registered/joining. All the above types of thoughts will be weighing with him sometimes acting as loads or even I may say exercising dragging effect. Combined with them is the overwhelming effect of the information coming at a time from Sponsor/Co-Sponsor,SFI etc., With all these various and varied things impacting at a time on his mind soon on entering a new environment, he feels really baffled not to know what to do.
If we see from this perspective, the Affiliates joining SFI will be suffering from Attitude problems, Accommodating problems, and most of the times with Financial problems.
1.Attitude problems:He will have received a feed back that he will be able to earn quickly as the SFI is a good Online opportunity. The reality he faces is that he is asked to study well and study basics etc., before actually starts attempting to earn. By working with the Affiliate Center two or three days, he comes to know 'painfully' that it is not as easy. He starts struggling with his mind, mood and reality.
He should be made to 'unlearn' what he knew he is "informed", brought in to the neutral state of mind and then slowly injected with facts that help him to get set and start working. In order to tackle the problem,. Perhaps for this reason, SFI desires that they should me received warmly and see that the thaw is broken and also informs the Sponsors to guide him/her closely. Once he sees through the fact that he has to start slowly, work steadily and consistently and pick up, then he will slowly settle down to work. It is at this crucial stage we see a lot many drop outs.
2. Accommodating Problems:This emanates from the above. He has to understand, realize & reconcile with facts when once they are given to him. If he comes down to the earthen facts, only will he be able to work. The solution for this is; better, he/she be not disturbed emotionally rushing him through the stages of work, study of information, working with Affiliate Center etc., If he is set he will work and gradually pick up, which is clearer by seeing the movers button when it is clicked. If not, he will be off from the frequency of communication and disappears in to oblivion., not to be heard at all, nor replying to the mails/Messages/letters sent to him.
3.Financial Problems: We should realize that the very purpose for coming in to SFI is for the purpose of earning. But we, the sponsors start telling them that pl. purchase Starter kit, place a Standing Order etc., I have my self experienced that even well-to-do Affiliates said very clearly that they want to watch & see and then only go ahead with the investment. What to talk of the commoner Affiliates? Yes! It is for this reason entry fee/Registration charges are done away with , which a real boon! But astonishingly that turned out to be bane when actually it comes to starting earning! It is worthwhile to note that in Eager Zebra Games two free games are allowed each day. As that is felt not sufficient C.A (Cash Award Welcome) & T.C.A (T.C Award welcome) are deeply contemplated & introduced. But perhaps that is not sufficient. Why? Even the Sponsors (Except above Team Leader status) are not in a position to sustain the new Affiliates with. Perhaps without involvement of money and with some time-consumption, certain ways may be suggested. It is a thought come off- handedly and I may venture to suggest that a few TCs may be give to each new Affiliate per month with a stipulation to return them/ set off them against future earning of TCs by the Affiliate; with specific recommendation of the Sponsor.
There are many other points but suffice it is for the present which are identified prima facie..
