This is a very good question. Most of my affiliates struggle with financial problem and they do not have fund to buy SO. Without SO be an EA2 is not easy. Also they do not have much time to do this business. As I always try to inspire that every day 1 hour is enough to successful in this business. But they do not want to spend a single minute to log in everyday and be successful to get VP everyday.
Phone calls in the same country is easy but for global PSAs communication is very difficult just can wait and watch through emails, chat tools.
So most of my affiliates struggle with some factors.
1. Finance
2. Time
3. selling TC products
4. Communication
5. want profit from the first day
6. have no patience
7. not much sports lovers to invest to play games
8. may be language problem
9. understanding of SFI concept
10. marketing of ECAs products
Regular team mails, stream post to get in touch to try 100% to the inactive affiliates wake up and be active but just can wait and watch if no reply receive from them. So we can just try our best to make our affiliates active not to force to do business as long as they are not our workers.
