"What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?"
I think there are several things that new affiliates struggle with.The top two in my opinion are firstly how they get inactive PSAs to work and secondly haveing a limited amount of money to invest in their business.
For the first the only solution I can think of is to assure them that having inactive PSAs happens to all of us and to try to be patient, keep in touch with them, offer help if needed and lead by example. If you are doing well and your team members see your success they are mostly going to want to follow you.
The second problem,start slowly you dont have to invest a lot to get started. I would suggest setting up a standing order to ensure they are maintaining at least EA rank every month then concentrate on building up their team before going for the higher ranks which will be difficult to keep without a regular income to help fund them
