Having no money to invest in their business is the most difficult to many affiliates.
The main reasons many have signed up for SFI is they are looking for income without an investment and being free to join.
To address this I make sure they understand that, although they will succeed faster if they can invest in their Standing Order, they can succeed but slowly.
Here are the steps that I communicate to them after welcoming them to the team:
1) It's important to do these steps first, if you have not started doing them already.
a) The "Start"
b) The "Basics"
c) Start the "Launchpad" and your To-Do List.
The best way to grow your income is by growing your knowledge, so take the time to start reading and learning your business. All the tools are there to become a success and are given to you for FREE.
It is important to show up daily as in any business you own.

I recommend that you read something new each day.
3) Your free marketing aids are E-Cards, Texts, and Banners to use for advertising your business.

4) You have been given a free websites of TripleClicks and SFI. You are also given free gateways

I always make sure they know that I'm here to help them learn how to become a success.
I have a contest for those that earn EA2 or higher each month. This is an good incentive to work hard.
There is a second struggle of having irregular internet service and/or having to share a computer.
Many affiliates cannot show up daily and do the actions. This is a big handicap for success. I just ask them to do the best they can. I'm so proud of my PSAs and CSAs that have this problem, because they log in when they can and continue as an affiliate.
