If you have to choose out of the lot, one thing most of the affiliate when they join in new; struggle with understanding the compensation plan of SFI. This is one of the most important and sort after information that appears most complex to understand for a new comer.
That in my view is one of the reasons for them to leave early. Once we are in for few months we find it easy to comprehend.
Each one of them joins with an objective to earn but the earning is not easy to understand for new affiliates.
1. Tripleclicks Executive Pool: It is not very easy for them to understand the way it is calculated and when they are eligible to receive it.
2. SFIPPA: It has too many conditions to confuse a new entrant.
3. Calculation of Direct commissions: Most would find it difficult that it is calculated as 45% of commission volume. Initially they think 45% of the selling price even after being stated clearly.
4. Calculation of co-sponsored commissions is not the same as direct commissions. Here also many of them are to be explained how it is calculated?
5. Same way ECA commissions and TL2 bonus is difficult to understand.
You as a sponsor have to communicate with them and explain step wise how they are calculated? And make them realize the underlying opportunity. It is very important that they understand the objective behind each process and how they can benefit from each? It makes it easier for them to make informed decisions at various stages of their business growth.
Once I set up a communication link with them, I give them an entire brief to earning potential and the ways they can enhance their growth.
Nothing remains difficult to understand when you have the will to do it.
