I will say leading by example in sfi is doing what is espected of you in sfi.
Your badges on your home page tells it all.Your PSA and CSA will want to see rather than hear what you want him/her to do.
When you tell your CSA/PSA to make EA every month,you also should do what you want them to do.
Telling them to always buy from TC store,you also should lead by example because most of the affiliate goes to the home pages of their sponsor and co-sponsor to see how their leader is going about their business.
Conclusively,leading by example is you do your csa/psa watch,both of you do both of you watch and he do,you watch,
That's practise makes perfect.
