If my affiliates struggle with anything, it's the recruiting of active affiliates of their own. To be honest, so do I, and if I had a good solution, I would pass it on immediately to them--that's what good duplicators do. In the absence of that, I research possible methods of recruiting new active affiliates myself, and I explain what I'm doing when I test out a new method. If something works, I will redouble my encouragement and teach them this method. Meanwhile, I encourage them to do the same types of research I do, so that we can test out as many options as we can.
