It is human nature to enjoy cash prizes, freebies and rewards.
The CW (Cash Welcome is a cash reward to be awarded to the new sign-up when they earn their first commission check. It is an incentive to work towards that goal, thus making that new affiliate active.
The Tcredits Welcome (TW) is an instant reward available to the new affiliate as soon as they sign up. It is up to them to accept the reward or decline it. By accepting the reward (incentive) they will very likely learn how to use it and get them to be active affiliates.
Hence both TW and CW are new tools available to us, SFI sponsors, in our quest to get active as many as of our new sign-up and thus solve one of the major problems we are facing in our team building efforts: raise the percentage of active affiliates and significantly lower the percentage of those who may remain inactive.
A cash reward may seemingly be more attractive to many people, as they will not likely make the effort to assess the overall value of CW compared to TW. Intrinsically,with its $12 cash value, the TW is a great prize. But again people may not focus on that aspect
But, both TW and CW appeal to human psychology. They are well thought team building tools but, but introduced just in the past short few weeks and still in their test phase.
Beside their comparative monetary value, it is too early to draw conclusion on whether they are effective, whether they will have a great impact on our efforts and results to increase the percentage of our active affiliates or not. There is not enough evidence to conclude which of the two, TW or CW will be more effective, thus best to use.Before making such determination, Any preference between the two will be based merely on personal opinion and inclination.
Before expressing any opinion as to which one is better, I personally prefer to wait and observe the results after we have enough data and feedback on which to base our objective decision.
My recommendation is to be patient, and, alternatively, use TW for some sign-up and CW or others. After 6 months or so, there will be enough data to objectively make a sound judgment about these new tools.
We thank SFI Corporate for introducing them and making them available to us as sponsors, but leaving it up to each one us of us whether to use them, and which one to use. That flexibility is part of what will make these new tools both handy and effective,
