The TCredit Welcome (TW) or Cash Welcome (CW) are SFI programs that are designed to be given as an incentive to newly signed up Affiliates with the purpose of encouraging them to be productive in SFI.
As to which is better and why, for me it's the TW, which is more appropriate to be given to newly signed up Affiliates, due to the following reasons:
1. Newly signed up Affiliates will be familiar of the importance of TCredit in SFI;
2. With the incentive given to them, they would not be thinking that SFI is not real;
3. It will then encourage them to plan out on how to acquire this TCredit which they will be using daily in their SFI activity;
