In my welcome letter to my new PSAs, after welcoming them and introducing myself to them and explaining why they have made an excellent choice by joining SFI, I encourage them to do the following:
1. Go to SFI Basics.
2. Go to Start.
3. Do not move on until they understand the Basics.
4. Complete items on the VP Ledger and To-Do List.
5. I tell them to take their time, making sure they understand what they are reading.
6. I tell them I have Co-ops and gift certificates available and encourage them to contact me for more details.
Then I let them know that I am here to help them, that I am successful when they are, thank them for joining and that I look forward to working with them.
