You must decide which CSAs to exchange and which ones to keep.
The purpose is to remove any barriers as a result of being from a different part of the world or not being able to communicate in the CSA"s language. It is hoped that someone from their country would do better at communicating and therefore encourage activity and growth at SFI.
Of course you would not want to exchange CSA's who are active and are doing Ok with you as a Co-sponsor.
Remember we are only Co-sponsors, the Sponsor must be taken into consideration. If tie CSA can do with the transfer because a language or culture barrier is there, is it same with the Sponsor?
If the sponsor is of the same country or can speak the same language as the CSA the exchange may not be necessary. In this case I would not bother to exchange.
1- I would not exchange CSA's of a different country or language who are active unless they have expressed difficulties staying on at SFI and the difficulties are related to their country or language.
2- I would not exchange CSA's who have sponsors from the same country or speak the same laungage. You can, but it may serve no purpose as their sponsor may already be taking care of those issues.
3- I would exchange a CSA who has difficulty communicating in English and could benefit from either a Sponsor or a Co-sponsor from his country or speaks his language.
