Unfortunately, nobody has the right to tell you YES or NO.

As explained in the CSA Exchange description area. Exchanging of CSA can not be redo after adding them for Exchange list.

Furthermore, the only CSA's that needs to be changed are those inactive CSA's and not necessarily all CSA's not from your home country. I strongly believe you alone knows your CSA's and how active they are and you alone can make the decision of the Exchange.
