Tips in my welcomes to new PSAs are brief and not too numerous.
Generally I do not give them as bullet points, but simply include them in the flow of the message.
The best tip I can give my PSAs is to take their SFI business seriously and log in and go to work every day. I tell them how to login to the homepage and where to go when they get there.
Other tips include going to my leadership page where there is valuable information; and contacting me using my contact information, where they can reach me for personal assistance.
Follow up messages can be used for more specific and direct instruction.
