I believe that the new CSA Exchange is a quite a good innovation and you should put some of your CSAs in it.

The focus is to encourage those inactive CSAs to become active and also those CSAs that log in now and then to become more committed to SFI.

Put simply, you select and place your inactive CSAs from countries other than yours in the pool and they are exchanged with CSAs from your country who other co sponsors have put in the pool. Those CSAs will of course also be inactive, otherwise their co sponsors would not have put them in the exchange pool in the 1st place.

The hope is that people from your country would respond better to you as their co sponsor as you would be a lot more compatible with them and communication should be a lot easier with such matters as language, culture, local issues etc.. Its early days yet but I believe that it should work.

In my case however, I was too slow off the mark. I come from a small country and there are not very many of us in SFI and I suspect that all the available CSAs in the pool from my country have already been swapped. I put a small number of CSAs in the pool last week and they are all still sitting there!

I say yes. Use the CSA Exchange and put CSAs in it.

You will of course only select the inactive ones to put into the pool and keep the good CSAs for yourself. If they are working fine and are responding to your sponsoring activities, leave them alone. Select the inactives from other countries especially those who are not responding to you, struggling with English and you do not speak their language.
