I've been thinking about the new CSA Exchange program and wondering if I should try it.
On the one hand I love the idea that I have an international team with CSAs from over 50 countries represented AND I would really like to have ACTIVE CSAs from EVERY country in the World - Wouldn't that be GREAT?
But the reality is the overwhelming majority of my CSAs are inactive - so what is the point of keeping them when nothing is happening.
AND just suppose by exchanging one of them for one from my country I get an ACTIVE CSA and so does the Co-Sponsor from the exchanged CSA's home country - then, all of a sudden, SFI has grown by TWO ACTIVE CSAs (and by extension TWO ACTIVE PSAs). HOW GREAT IS THAT?
So I have decided to embrace this program.
But what criteria should I use in selecting the CSAs I wish to exchange?
Well, I thought my first "cull" should be those CSA's who have NEVER earned a SINGLE VersaPoint.
So that is what I have done.
And I will try AGAIN to reactivate those CSAs I have that have in the past earned at least one VP since they joined SFI.
Just today one CSA who had been inactive for a few months did log in and earn some VP. So I have sent him a tip E-Card.
The CSA Exchange is a new initiative by SFI and time will tell how well it will work and with trial and error each of us will discover what works best for us.
I suggest you do just that - Give the CSA Exchange a go - transfer some CSAs to it and see what happens.
