I have just changed my text in welcome E-card.
In my new welcome E-card text I write.
In header: "How can I help you?"
In text:
"Hi ~FIRSTNAME~,
How are you?
A warm welcome to your new business with SFI."
If it is a PSA from non English speaking country, I add this line:
"If you have problems read English, use Google Translate: http://translate.google.com"
Then I introduce myself, telling about how I live and my family, that I use many lines about.
Ending with:
"Let me hear a few words from you.
Have been Internet Marketer in x years, and never found anything better than SFI.
I am here to help you to success with your new business.
You are welcome to contact me anytime with anything.
My email address is
[email protected]
Wish you all good in life.
Best regards

This new way have until now give 100 % reply.
The tips as I was give before, I give them in next E-card.
Or email if they reply.
I am also follow up with news letters each week.
Before I was make a short introduction of myself, tell them to start with the 3 buttons in upper right corner.
Then go to "To-Do" tab, and complete "Getting Started -", "Intermediate Actions".
Ask them to read "My Best Tip", and give link to it.
My Best Tip is about to: Be carefully with their many possible VP, if they want do SFI free or with small budget.
Simply, how they easy can be EA first month, and save rest of their VP to next month.
And about Fast Track Membership, if they can afford $20 or make $20 in sales.
I was also show "The Ultra Simple Plan" in the welcome letter inclusive link to it.
Was only get 3-4 % replies, so I changed the text.
