In my welcome letter, I try to keep things simple. There's only one thing they need to know, first and foremost: "When you respond to my messages, you will be rewarded, whether with TCredits, knowledge, attention to your ECA stores, or whatever else might prove a useful tool to make you a successful PSA." When they respond, I can then give them the level of "tips" and other information they will find valuable.
