Hi Hristina, there are several ways to tip-off your PSAs as soon as they join SFI.
In your welcome letter, your PSAs should be well-guided on how to start off smoothly.
First is to let them know how SFI works. Second, what can they do to get started?
Third, how can they take advantage of on-going promotions. Fourth is the importance
of grabbing free daily action VPs available to them. Lastly is to let them know about SFI
compensation plan for new affiliates and how it will benefit them. Your welcome letter should

HOW DOES SFI WORKS?
The more the VersaPoints (VP) you earn the more your pay check each month. Payments are made around 12th-15th of each month to all SFI affiliates. See the compensation plan below for more details.
A. Getting Started Tips:
1. First, what you just need to do is to login at your SFI home page, click on the Hotspots menu, then click on VPLedger.
2. Do all the actions on the VPLedger. Executive Affiliate (EA) requires 1500 VP.
3. A successful completion of all tasks in the VPLedger guarantees you EA status in the first month.

C. The importance of grabbing FREE action VPs:
1. Every day he/she can earn 12 VP for a total of 360 VP in a 30 day month just by clicking and performing actions on their 'TO-DO LIST' tab.
2. Get 140 VP a month by doing the 'TO-DO LIST' Weekly action.
Click on the 'your tconnect page' and and also send a letter from 'GENEALOGY' to your downline.
Send 3 stream posts per week. Do this every single week and you will earn 3 VP.
3. Get 15 VP monthly by doing monthly activities:
Complete the SFI/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor ratings form - 10VP.
Setting your goals before the 10th of the month - 5 VP.
D. SFI Compensation Plan:
1. Earn 45% of the Commission Volume (CV) each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored place an order at TC.
2. Earn 15% of the Commission Volume (CV) each time your SFI Co-sponsored affiliate place an order at TC.
