What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?
The focus of my welcome letter to new PSAs is to introduce myself as their sponsor, encourage them that this is a real business, share enthusiasm for the business and excitement for their success in the business, open the lines of communication, and make sure the new PSAs are aware of my full support whenever they need it.
I tell my new PSAs that there is a Fast Track Bonus and direct them to the Getting Started actions with the jet icons next to them. I also tell them that they will need to log in every day to make this business a success.
I don't use my welcome letter to give any more tips than those basic first day ones. In subsequent days in further emails I explain in more detail about New Member Pack, Versa Points, TripleClicks Executive Pool and direct them to the Launchpad and SFI Basics, and gradually share more information over time.
My welcome letter is more focused on making the new PSA feel welcome, with the immediate first things to do, and not wanting to make them feel overwhelmed.
