A PRM is a Personally Reffered Member
A PSA is a Personally Sponsored Affiliate
I don't think you can concentrate on one more than the other because they have different functions in building your business.
When you refer somebody to TripleClicks you concentrate mostly on sales and earning your place as Wave 3 member. To become a Wave 2 member earns you different rewards (you can read more about it in the Newsletter or by going to the Site Map and clicking on Wave 3). When you refer them to the games or challenging them to beat your score in a game you earn MRP again. When you refer them to Price benders and they take part in the auctions and they purchase something via the auctions or from the many products at TripleClicks you earn commission.
When you recruit somebody to join your team as an Affiliate you become their sponsor and as their sponsor you need to help them to become a successful business owner. The more success they have the more success you have. With them as your PSA you can earn matching VP as well as commissions on sales.
