Hello Danijela Spain, I'm going to first ask a simple question before I answer your question.
The question goes thus: As a CSA (which we all are) how often would you want your Co-Sponsor to have contact with you?
I'm pretty sure your answer would be: As often as possible or more often than he (your Co-Sponsor) is probably doing now.
Have contact with your CSA as you would your PSA and as soon and/or often as possible, as often as you can and should.
Create time for them, check on their progress regularly. Not only checking on their progress but also suggest to them and teach them how to grow daily. Provide them with whatever help they need when they need it.
To answer the second part of your question I'd say contact them with and by every means possible. Email, phone calls, social media chats and the likes. If you live in the same city and town you can also try face to face meetings.
