Dear Sameer Mattu and anyone who would find my answer helpful, I'm going to first let you know that I'm writing this based on personal opinion.
There are very good and effective ways to set up proper communication with your new PSAs.
First is you build a personal relationship especially if you didn't get him on a one on one basis.
Get his (PSAs) attention with your welcome message. Make that message welcoming enough and make sure to leave your phone numbers, email address and the likes on your affiliate page or even in the message so that your affiliate can reach you. Make sure when he tries reaching you that you're there to answer the call or reply the mail sent.
You should go a step further to ask for the PSA's contacts too and make sure to communicate regularly if not everyday with your PSA (but try not to be a pest).
Once you can establish a relationship, communication would be proper and not only proper but effective.
