First and formost, as their sponsor, we would first
1. Send them a welocme letter. Introducing yourself and the basis of the business.
2. By middle of the week, we send them another mail with tips on how to succeed
3. Send a mail on Standing orders, importance of logging on to do the daily, weekly and monthly tasks as well as viewing latest products on tripleclicks.
Once we have established what mails we are sending to our PSAs, we would have to know what means of communication works better for effective communication with our PSA.
Some would prefare to be contacted by
1. By Email
2. By Stream Post.
3. Skype, Whatapp, Viber applications
4. SFICHAT
5. By phone call
6. By their personal email address.
Remember, work with what is suitable for both you and your PSAs to ensure effective communication.
