I would suggest that you should contact the new CSA's at least 3 times in their first week to make them aware that your are here to support them....
Ask them questions what type of trouble they are having as I know when I started I was over whelmed when I started doing the LaunchPad....
Provide them these basic tasks they need to do everyday and whats available for them in SFI...
Here is a list that they can use to get started on their business with SFI....
1) Click on the SFI Basic (Blue) tab on your home page..
2) Follow the 4 things you need to do to succeed in SFI.
3) Visit your site every day and click on your (RED) tabs and as you finish them you will earn (1) point for every one you complete.
4) Take your time and make sure you have read and understand the pages before clicking the tab on the bottom of the page.
5) Play the TripleClick games ....
6) You will be surprised how fast you point accumulate....
7) Go through your Launchpad as you can earn points in the first 30 days reviewing each item....
8) Visit your Versa Point Ledger page to earn additional 10 points as well....
9) Purchase the New Member Pack (NMP) in your first 10 days only...
10) Get your Standing Order completed
11) Join TripleCiicks as a member it is free.
Good communication with your downline is very important via e-cards, emails, team mail, PSA & CSA mailers and your Leadership Page to help them achieve their goals.
