I send my CSA's an Welcome mail, with a few tips, as soon as I get a notification, explaining that I am their new Co-Sponsor, and next to their Sponsor, I am the person to contact if they need any help
Then they get exactly the same series of team mail I send to my PSA's, where I explain a lot of different topics from SFI.
When I send out a weekly team mail, I include my PSA's, all generations and also my CSA's
I do have competitions for all team members, PSA's and CSA's as well.
I do not distinguish, between my PSA's and CSA's, as I think if I won them, either by being a team leader, or auctions, or any other means, the onus is on me, to help everyone in my team to attain their dream, and some CSA's have great Sponsors, but others have to either rely on their Co-Sponsor, or "navigate it alone".
After all is said and done, I have a vested interest on my CSA's being active, as I benefit from rhem, on getting matching VP, as well as a percentage of commission
So I contact them, the same way I contact my PSA's, no difference
