for me it is this way:
1)i send also my csa my welcome mail, to tell them a little information about sfi.
2) i send them my weekly teammail , my csa and psa together
3) i write them ecards with tips for more success, or ecard with gratulation , if they reach EA, EA2 and more,or if they win in DG and others.
4) i chat with my csa, if they have a question, or if i want to tell my csa something news.

i think psa and csa are important for my business,so i give them all the same informations like my psa.
