1. During the time when SFI notifies the Sponsor that a PSA/s is assigned to him/her is the best way to communicate with this PSA/s by way of sending a welcome e-card with a short introduction of himself/herself as such;
2. During the time of monitoring, guiding and supporting his/her PSAs while familiarizing on the SFI program, is also one of the best way to communicate with his/her new PSA/s, either by sending emails or by using the SFI Instant Messaging, which is just located at the bottom of the Affiliate's SFI homepage;
3. Every week, that is by sending group support messages via PSA Mailer or Genealogy Group Mailer to the new PSA/s; and
4. At any time when the new PSAs has some queries and doubts on the SFI activity he undertakes.
