The frequency and mode to which we should contact our Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSAs), are as follows:
1. During the time of his/her re assignment to a Co-Sponsor - by way of sending a Welcome e-card, with the Co-Sponsor introducing himself/herself as such and that he/she is willing to support and guide the CSA on the SFI activity;
2. On a weekly basis - wherein the Co-Sponsor sends a support message via CSA or Genealogy Group Mailer; and
3. As the need arises - It is the time when the CSA has some inquiries/doubts on what to do with his/her SFI activity.
