The only difference between a PSA and a CSA is the percentage of commissions that we would receive from their purchases and VP's earned during any given month.
I recommend that you contact your CSA's just as you would your PSA's. I say this because 99% of my commissions come from my CSA's on my team. I have, at any given time, 1 to 4 PSA's logging in periodically to work on their business.
So, in my opinion, your CSA's are just as important as your PSA's. Treat them as such. Provide them timely guidance and praise.
