From the many ways that SFI provides us in order to effectively interact with our affiliates, I would recommend PSA mailer, SFI Instant Messaging chat and e-cards messages.
PSA mailer reaches all of your PSAs at once, and it can be used as a general form of welcoming them on board. You can introduce yourself and show them the first steps plan to build a succesful business on this platform.
SFIM chat is great: I always check in my genealogy, using "last login" filter, if any of them is online; if yes, I contact them right away for a private talk, so to go further into the details, to hear from them what their needs are and to make my help more efficent offering answers to any of their questions.
E-Cards are very useful: they can be personalized and you can also add a message.
I generally used them to welcome my new affiliates, to congratulate for an achievement or to let them know that I am always here for help.
