The question here is, "How do I want to be compensated?"
PRMs are people who will ideally continue shopping at TripleClicks, and as they purchase products, you get a commission. Once they're customers, your job is done.
PSAs are people who you then have to teach how to be good SFI/TripleClicks affiliates. When they purchase products themselves, you get a commission. After they establish themselves as Executive Affiliates two months in a row, their VP also get added to your executive pool value, thus getting you an additional bonus. As they continue succeeding, you also earn bonus VP just from having them in your downline.
Personally, I like having PSAs, but they're also a time investment. Keep that in mind.
