Usually we know when to expect a new sign up to come in. example, when we win PSA from auction, when we buy PSA from vendors or we run a paid ads. Here is my suggestion on How you can set up a proper communication to your new PSA.
First Contact:
Whenever you expect that new PSA's coming, its good to be at you computer and as soon as new sign up come in, you use the chat facility we have at SFI and welcome them, introduce your self and tell them that you are there to help. How?
1. Message will come to tell you that new PSA has arrive.
2. Click the message and within the message you will see a link to the profile of your new PSA.
3. You will them if they are online because there is a green dot beside the send message button.
4. Click the send message button and start chatiing.
Second Contact:
From his profile, under the tab "start" you can find a very good welcome letter, copy and send it to him/her. add some notes to make it very personal.
Third Contact:
You must send a separate message explaining in simple term how he/she can earn from SFI. Note that almost all who join SFI want to earn. Therefore this is one of the most important inforamtion you should give your PSA.
Fourth Contact:
Tell them them what is expected of them to be successful in SFI. Namely.
1. They should learn how to find affiliates (PSA, PRM, ECA, CSA).
2. They should earn Versa Points.
3. They should teach their affiliates to do the same. (Duplication)
If they will answer you back then it is a good sign that he/she might get interested and be active.
